Google AdWords With a New Theme

By Find2k | April 15, 2007

I just saw a new feature on my Campaign Summary page that says something called “a cleaner look”.

Well actually Google have recently redesigned the AdWords Campaign Summary page for there users/advertisers. The new design which is made, looks similar to the page we were using earlier, it’s just that they have a few spicy new twists.

They started grouping them and now the Google AdWords is starting to add many new types of advertising, right from text and image ads to video and beyond that.

This new design have grouped up the various campaign types together, so that we can see how all campaigns of a given media type are doing on our dashboard. Sounds something like Yahoo Search marketing Dashboard…

The new change is also that there is no more Click-to-Call Tab in the campaign. If you’ve been testing click-to-call ad campaigns, you’re used to seeing the information about those campaigns on a separate tab on the Campaign Summary page than now the data of those campaigns is now in one of the new media groups, so now you can find all the information at one screenshot.

The main purpose of theses changes were to make the daily account use in a simpler and easier form.

Let’s see how it works out…
